BetterLength.com offers a 15-day return policy for hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The clip-in hair extensions are tied by a golden elastic to identify if they have been taken out. For U-part wigs, there is tape at the "U" shape area which should not be cut if a return or exchange is desired.

To return clip-in hair extensions:

• Contact service@betterlength.com within 15 days of receiving the item.
• After confirming the return request, a return address will be provided.
• No restocking fee will be charged (except for customized products which incur a 10% restocking fee).
